Inspirational student programs and workshops
As an accredited teacher and engaging and inspirational facilitator, Kylie facilitates author talks and goal-setting workshops for students With topics ranging from:
Goal-setting and aspirations
Writing for purpose and supporting student authors
Wellbeing
Resilience
Pride in culture
Aboriginal histories and cultures
Kylie has well known for her Dream Big Program, an inspirational program designed to engage, inspire and motivate students about the transformational power of education and supporting them to find their hidden potential.
The program is flexible and can be run as a one off talk, a half-day, full day or spread over a number of weeks throughout the term. Dream Big addresses such as: resilience, mindset, culture, goal-setting and breaking the cycle. The program focuses on positive thoughts, actions and the power of ‘dreaming big and imagining the what if’.
Throughout the program, Kylie shares her story and experiences to inspire and motivate students. Through yarning circles, journaling and vision board creation, students are left feeling motivated to set goals and work towards achieving them.

NESA Accredited and Elective teacher professional development
Kylie and Dr Cathie Burgess facilitate a range of empowering teacher workshops and masterclasses designed to support educators to reflect on their pedagogy and re-discover their ‘why’.
Based on the themes of ‘Dream Big & Imagine the What If’ and ‘Be That Teacher who Makes Difference and Lead Aboriginal Education for All Students’.
All workshops and masterclasses can be delivered either in person or via Zoom. and co-designed to meet the needs of the school or community.

Kylie has lengthy experience in Aboriginal-identified leadership positions, she shares her knowledge and passion for educating all about Aboriginal histories and cultures and creating culturally safe and respectful workplaces.
By working with stakeholders, including the Aboriginal communities, Government and non-Government agencies, Kylie supports individuals, organisations and businesses to transform their thinking and aspirations.

All services are tailored to meet the need of the workplace. Workshops are conducted using Aboriginal ways of being, knowing and doing and are focussed on the themes of respect and relationships.
