Acceptance of Terms of Service 

This Terms of Service (“TOS”) is a legally binding agreement made by and between Dream Big Education Wellbeing & Consulting and Kylie Captain ("we", "us" and "our"), and you, personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the entity for whom you are using this website (collectively, "you", "your", "yours"). This TOS governs your access to and use of www.kyliecaptain.com.au or any other website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us (the “website”), and any associated software, mobile or web applications, web widgets, feeds, and third-party integrations or services (collectively, the “Service”). 

By accessing or using any part of the Service, including linking to the website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this TOS. If there are additional posted guidelines or policies applicable to the Services or website (including the Privacy Policy), you must follow those as well. These policies and guidelines are incorporated by reference into this TOS. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services. 

Dream Big Education Wellbeing & Consulting reserves the right to make changes to this TOS at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to any changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will reflect the latest revision date.

Our Services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding their functionality or accuracy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability under this agreement is limited to $100. Shape

Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. If terminated, you must cease all use and may lose access to stored content. Prohibited access measures may be enforced.

Legal Terms 

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia 

  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our rights
